Privacy Policy

Last updated 14 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Artix collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers artixcreative.com, agents.artixcreative.com and the services we provide to our clients.

Who we are

Artix ("Artix", "we", "us") is a remote agency that builds AI agents, websites and AI search programmes for businesses. For any privacy question, email hello@artixcreative.com.

What we collect

  • Details you send us: your name, email, company or website, the service you are interested in and your message, when you use a contact or pilot signup form, book a call or email us.
  • Client information: contact details, account access and business information you share so we can set up and run your services.
  • Usage data: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, collected through Google Analytics. See our Cookie Policy.
  • Technical data: your IP address, which our server uses for a short time to stop spam on our forms.

How we use it

We rely on your consent, on the steps needed to enter or perform a contract with you, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you legally.

  • To reply to your enquiry, run your free pilot and deliver the services you sign up for.
  • To send invoices, manage your account and keep business records.
  • To understand how our websites are used and improve them.
  • To protect our websites and forms from spam and misuse.

Data on our clients’ websites

When we run Artix AI agents on a client’s website, the agents may process data about that website’s visitors, such as conversations, contact details and information used to identify visiting companies. For that data, our client is the controller and we act on their instructions as a processor.

Clients are responsible for telling their visitors about this in their own privacy notice and for collecting any consent the law requires. If you visited a client’s website and have a question about your data, please contact that business first. We will help them answer you.

Who we share it with

We only share personal data with service providers who help us run Artix, and only as much as they need:

  • Hostinger, which hosts our websites and email.
  • Google, for Google Analytics.
  • The CRM, calendar, phone and messaging tools we use to deliver your services, where you have asked us to connect them.

International transfers

We work remotely and some of our providers are based in other countries, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 2 years after our last contact.
  • Client records: for as long as you are a client, then as long as tax and accounting rules require.
  • Analytics data: up to 14 months, as set in Google Analytics.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to withdraw consent you have given. Email hello@artixcreative.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use secure connections (HTTPS) on our websites, limit who can access client data, and only use providers with appropriate security measures. No system is perfectly secure, so we will tell you without delay if a breach affects your data.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and show the new date at the top.
