Our services

What each plan includes is listed on our pricing pages at the time you sign up.

• AI agents: visitor identification, intent scoring, website chat, voice, phone, WhatsApp and outbound agents, set up and managed by us.
• AI search plans (SEO, AEO and GEO): work to help your business be found on Google and named by AI assistants, including a free website redesign.
• Websites and other projects, quoted separately after a free call.

Free 14-day pilot

AI agent plans start with a free 14-day pilot on your own website. We do not charge for the pilot. Your paid plan only starts if you choose to continue, and we will confirm the plan and price with you first.

Plans, billing and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes, which are added where required.
• Monthly plans are billed in advance each month. Yearly plans are billed in advance for 12 months at the price of 10.
• Invoices are due on receipt unless your quote says otherwise.
• We may change our prices. Any change applies from your next billing period, and we will tell you at least 30 days before.
• If a payment is more than 14 days late, we may pause your services until it is paid.

Cancelling

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time by emailing us. It stops at the end of the billing period you have paid for. Yearly plans run to the end of the year you have paid for. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

What we need from you

• Accurate information and timely access to your website, accounts and tools, so we can do the work.
• Review and approval of content, agent behaviour and designs when we ask for it.
• A privacy notice on your website that tells your visitors about the AI agents and any visitor identification, and any consent the law requires in your region.
• Lawful use: you must not use our services to send spam, mislead people or break any law or platform rule.

AI agents and results

Our agents are trained on your business and supervised by us, but AI can make mistakes. You can review conversations and take over at any time, and you are responsible for the offers and commitments made to your customers.

Search engines and AI assistants decide what they show. Nobody can guarantee a ranking, a mention in an AI answer, or a number of leads, and we do not.

Who owns what

Once paid for, the final designs, website and content we create for you are yours. We keep ownership of our own tools, code libraries, templates, know-how and the Artix agent platform, which you may use while your plan is active.

Unless you ask us not to, we may name you as a client and show the work and results in our portfolio and case studies.

Third-party services

Our services connect to tools such as your CRM, calendar, phone provider and WhatsApp. Those services have their own terms and can change or stop working outside our control.

Confidentiality

We each keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and only use it to deliver or receive the services.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

We may suspend or end services if you seriously break these terms, for example by not paying or by misusing the agents. When services end, we will help you keep your website and data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply from the date shown at the top of this page and do not affect a billing period you have already paid for.
